KRISTIN CONRAD (Christmas Past) is thrilled to return for her third season with A Christmas Carol. She previously appeared as the Ghost of Christmas Past in 2014 and Millie in 2013. A recent MFA graduate from Ohio University’s Professional Actor Training Program, productions while at OU include: The Government Inspector (Anna Andreyevna, Fight Captain), Top Girls (Isabella Bird/Joyce), A Little Night Music (Desiree Armfeldt), The Rover (Frederick, Fight Captain), The Library (Dawn Sheridan), Urinetown (Penelope Pennywise), The Penelopiad (Naiad/Maid/Suitor), and numerous new play workshops with the MFA Playwriting program, including three years of the Seaburry Quinn Jr. Playwrights Festival. ANNABELLE DEWATER (Tiny Tim) is thrilled to play Tiny Tim in the Nebraska Theater Caravan production of A Christmas Carol, a role which she reprises from her 2017 theatrical debut in the Omaha Community Playhouse mainstage production. After catching the acting bug last year, Annabelle spent her summer at Interlochen, where she played Young Jof in Boats. She is eager to return to northern Michigan to study theater in future summers. Annabelle is a fourth grader whose favorite subjects are art and reading. She enjoys playing the piano and is a competitive swimmer and accomplished triathlete. In her free time, Annabelle devours books, spends time with her family and friends and dotes on her adoring kitty cat Faith. When she grows up she aspires to be an archaeologist with an emphasis in Egyptology. The oldest of four children, Annabelle requests that you clap loudly if you enjoy the performance. On the road, she misses her loud, lively family almost as much as they miss her!
RYAN DUNN (Young Scrooge/Ebby) is proud to be making his professional theatre debut with Nebraska Theatre Caravan. A recent graduate of the University of Mobile, he currently resides in New York City, pursuing his performance career. BLAKE FOUNTAIN (Christmas Present/Toy Keeper/Charity #2) is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a BFA in Theatre with an emphasis in Musical Theatre. He has been seen recently performing at Hersheypark and touring around the Midwest with Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre. ANDY HARVEY (Scrooge) is thrilled to return as Scrooge for this Christmas Season. Andy hails from the Mountain State of WV, and currently resides in the Atlanta area. He has his degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. He has most recently been seen as Nicky/Trekkie in Avenue Q (Springer Opera House), Frollo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Alluvion Stage Company), and The Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz (Crane River Theatre). RACHEL MARIA INÉS (Lucy) is delighted to join the 40th anniversary cast of A Christmas Carol with Nebraska Theatre Caravan! She has previously toured with Creede Repertory Theatre’s Young Audience Outreach Tour in the production of Albert Porter: Boy Explorer, sharing a story of diversity, self-confidence, and friendship with students across the Southwest. She has also performed in outdoor American Indian dramas in both Ohio and North Carolina. When she’s not performing you can find her reading, swing dancing, hiking, and spending time with loved ones. CAYLYN JARMON-VINSON (Martha) is a native of Columbus, Georgia and recently graduated from Columbus State University with a BFA in Theatre Performance where some of her credits include Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Christmas (Jojo) and Love’s Labour’s Lost (Maria/Jaquenetta). Since graduation, Caylyn has toured with Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre as the Fox in Pinocchio as well as playing Lisa in Mamma Mia at the Springer Opera House. She is very excited to be making her Nebraska Theatre Caravan debut and hopes to spread some Christmas spirit this holiday season!
MATTHEW BLAKE JOHNSON (Topper) is happy to be back on tour with A CHRISTMAS CAROL reprising the role of Topper for the second time. Originally from North Carolina, Matthew currently resides in New York City. JEFFREY KELLER (Bob Cratchit) is extremely excited to make his NTC debut! He is a recent graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University (BFA musical theatre). TATUM LOWELL (Belinda/Fan) is thrilled to be traveling with A Christmas Carol! JON MCDONALD (Mr. Fezziwig/Baker/Charity Man #1) is a graduate of Shorter College in Rome, GA with a BFA in Musical Theatre. This is his tenth year with Nebraska Theatre Caravan. Some of his favorite roles include: Rudolf in Hello Dolly, Brian in The Shadow Box, Captain Andy in Show Boat, and Pap in Big River.
ALEX MERSMAN (Jake) is a proud graduate of North Central College, studying both Vocal Performance and Musical Theatre. This marks his second year with Nebraska Caravan and couldn’t be more thrilled to be back for this year’s production. A current native of Chicago, Alex has enjoyed working with Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Light Opera Works, Fox Valley Repertory, Heartland Festival, Music by the Lake, and most recently enjoyed three years with the Florentine Opera.
JAKE PARKER (Peter) is proud to be making his debut in A Christmas Carol tour as Peter Cratchit. He is no stranger to this role as he is a former Peter at the Omaha Community Playhouse. He is consistently involved with Community Theater in both Lincoln and Omaha, NE and is thrilled to finally epand his horizons by being a part of his first national touring show! Jake’s most favorite role he has played so for is Crutchie in Disney’s Newsies at the Rose Theater. He has a growing list of previous roles, including those from a few of his favorite shows: Pippin, The Sound of Music, and Children of Eden.. His more recent roles include: Fender in Hairspray, Squire Dap in Camelot, and Sandy in The Man Who Came To Dinner. PYTRON PARKER (Millie) is a Georgia native, building a life around the performing arts. She is most alive while performing on stage. Her favorite experiences include White Christmas, Ragtime . Pytron has worked professionally for theatres across the nation including Flatrock Playhouse, Mill Mountain Theatre, Cumberland County Playhouse, Alliance Theatre, Theatrical Outfit, Aurora Theatre, Gainesville Theatre Alliance. RILEY PEREZ (Francis) is thrilled to make her debut with the Nebraska Theatre Caravan Christmas Carol tour and join this amazing cast! Riley is a sophomore Westside High School (Omaha) where she is active in the STEM program, journalism (WTV) and poetry club. She has been acting since 5th grade and recently had the opportunity to play Lily in She Kills Monsters at the Omaha Community Playhouse. Other favorite theatre roles include the Cheshire Cat (A Very Important Date), Clover (Animal Farm), Papa Ge (Once on this Island), Daughter (Enron) and Narrator (Into the Woods). Riley was a member of the award-winning Rose Brigade youth theater troupe for many years and really enjoyed competing each year at the international Junior Theater Festival. In addition to a love of acting, singing and dancing – Riley also enjoys superhero movies, popcorn, reading, spending time with friends, popcorn, her hedgehog Peppermint, (did we mention popcorn?) and training her SD prospect puppy Orion. EMELINE PHINNEY (Mrs. Cratchit) is honored to join the Nebraska Theatre Caravan family for her first-ever national tour! Emeline is currently receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a minor in Vocal Performance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Favorite roles include Elizabeth Benning in Young Frankenstein, Mabel Stanley in The Pirates of Penzance, and Lucille Frank in Parade, as well as her work with her sisters the past four years for Dramatic Need. Among other things, Emeline has also had the chance to perform with opera legend Sherrill Milnes, with the cast of Broadway’s The Lion King, and at the London Theatre Direct Charity Gala Event in London’s West End. KATIE PORTER (Chestnut Vendor/Dilber) could not be more thrilled to be working with Nebraska Theatre Caravan for the first time. Jo-Jo has a BFA in Theatre, a BA in Creative Writing, and a minor in musical theater all from Southern Methodist University. GREYSON WADE (Beggar) is thrilled to be apart of NTC’s A Christmas Carol for the first time. This is Greyson’s first tour. Other professional credits include Dennis (All Shook Up), George (The Drowsy Chaperone), Chef Louis (The Little Mermaid), Frank Pontipee (Seven Brides) at the Bigfork Summer Playhouse. And Matt (The Fantasticks) at the Market Theatre Co. Greyson graduated in May with his BFA in Musical Theatre from the South Carolina School of the Arts.
SARAH WILLIAMS (Belle) graduated from Reinhardt University in 2017 with a BFA in Musical Theatre. This is Sarah’s second time touring with the Nebraska Theatre Caravan, playing the role of Belle in 2017. She has also worked with Out of Box Theatre in Atlanta, GA, playing the role of Kaitlyn/T-Rex 2 in Triassic Parq, and Kalliope Darkwalker in She Kills Monsters. She most recently has worked with the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, performing in a four-girl singing group known as The Sirens. When she’s not on stage, she loves playing board games, watching far too much Netflix, and hanging out with her adorable cat Oliver.
